Every presentation comes automatically in three formats: slides, audio, and multimedia. The slides are in PDF format and can be easily printed. The audio recording is in mp3 format, for playback on a computer or mp3 player. The multimedia recordings can be played back on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers, using the free Webex player, which your web browser should install automatically with your permission. Slides are displayed at their original size, in sync with the presenter's voice.

The DVD option is the one to choose if you do not have high-speed Internet access, or if you want to be able to view the recordings while not connected to the Internet.
