Purchase of the DVD gives you immediate access to all recordings online. Once you have actually received the DVD you can play back the multimedia recordings on a computer without an Internet connection. Shipping charges ($4.80 United States, $18.00 International) will be added on the final checkout page of DVD orders.
For 'Online Access Only' you must have a high-speed Internet connection (e.g. DSL or cable). This purchase option gives you access to both multimedia and audio-only (mp3) files. Multimedia recordings and audio/mp3 files can be viewed online or downloaded for local playback. Audio recordings can also be downloaded to an mp3 player.
