Purchase of the DVD gives you immediate access to all recordings online. Once you have actually received the DVD you can play back the audio recordings on a computer without an Internet connection. Shipping charges ($4.80 United States, $18.00 International) will be added on the final checkout page of DVD orders.
For 'Online Access Only' you must have a high-speed Internet connection (e.g. DSL or cable). Audio/mp3 files can be viewed online, downloaded for local playback or downloaded to an mp3 player.
